An Orientation programme for class Teachers about Pupils Social Development was organized. It was conducted by Dr.Rajaganesan S.I.T.U COUNCIL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH. This programme emphasized importance of adaptability to the environment.

Kamarajar Birthday was celebrated and a speech on Kamarajar's service to the education was given. A kavidhai was presented and quiz programme was conducted.

Swami Bhodhmayananda ji Maharaj adorned the Guru Peedam and blessed the students during Guru Pooja celebration. XII std students of last academic year were given cash award for their excellence performance in various subjects in their Board Examination.

We Organized Blood Donation Camp. Nearly 101 Donors Donated the Blood.

We presented Three Science Projects and one Maths Project at the District Level. Junior Science Level Project - II place. (std VI to VIII)
Senior and Higher Secondary Level Project - I Place (Std IX-XII)

Maths Project - 1 place

Higher Secondary Project on the topic Energy Resources was selected to be presented in the state level at Karur from 17.12.07 to 20.12.07. At the state level our school got the special prize for the project displayed on energy resources.
